About this stay
We are located in the tourist part of Poreč, in the Špadići neighborhood. Our apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with twin beds, a kitchen and dining area, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower cubicle, WC, and bidet. The apartment has everything you need to make your holiday a true holiday. All linens are available, as well as complete cutlery and tableware, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, an electric stove, a microwave, TV with satellite reception, and additionally, you have free unlimited internet access. In front of the apartment, there is a terrace with a table and chairs protected by a sun awning. Near the terrace, you can also use a grill which is available upon request. Brijuni Apartment is located just 300 m from beautifully arranged beaches of crystal clear sea, where there are also shops, restaurants, cafe bars, pizzerias, etc. The center of the old part of Poreč is about 800 m away and, of course, you do not need a car, as you can reach it with a leisurely walk in about 15 minutes or you can use the small tourist train.

Payment and notes
After your inquiry and interest in coming to our Brijuni Apartment for your annual holiday, an agreement on the price of stay and accommodation reservation will follow. The reservation can be made by paying a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the overall invoice that has been agreed upon between us as your hosts and you as our guests. The payment must be made to our bank account, which we will provide to you after agreeing on the stay. Once the deposit is paid into our account, we will confirm your reservation via email and your arrival will be secured. Arrival and departure are generally standardized, and according to these rules, your arrival is expected after 14 hours, while departure is scheduled no later than 10 hours in the morning.
