On the apartment’s terrace, there is a fully enclosed and covered private spa area, allowing you to fully enjoy a warm jacuzzi or the popular ice bath (Ice Bath) regardless of the weather, while adults also have training equipment available to stay in shape. The apartment is situated right on the coast, just next to the beautiful historic Lungomare promenade that connects Lovran and Opatija. We’ve thought of the youngest members of the family too – bicycles, scooters, toys, and board games are completely free for children to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. Payment and notes
Upon arrival, the guest should call, and the host will greet them. Check-in is from 16:00 onwards. Check-out is by 10:00. Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies are strict; the deposit also serves as a down payment and is non-refundable in case of cancellation. If the contracting party is unable to confirm the reservation for the specified dates, it is possible to book alternative available dates. In such a case, the deposit will not be charged twice; the already paid deposit will remain valid for the previously unconfirmed reservation.
