Spacious 3-room apartment (100 m²) on the 2. floor of the rustic Anica house, located in the peaceful village of Diklo, just 6 km from the center of Zadar and 100m from the sea. The apartment features a large living room and dining area (38 m²) that includes satellite TV, air conditioning, and access to a terrace with sea views. Two comfortable bedrooms offer flexible accommodation – one with a double bed, the other with one single and one double bed, both with their own shower cabin/toilet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and access to a terrace. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, and coffee machine. An additional shower cabin/toilet and washing machine are available to guests. Three south-facing terraces, furnished with seating, offer sea views and are perfect places to relax. Parking for two cars is available on the property.

Payment and notes
Before arrival, guests will receive information about key collection (Email, WhatsApp). Check-in is possible from 16 hours on the day of arrival and check-out until 10 hours on the day of departure. A payment of 30% is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid before arrival.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, a 30% deposit is retained. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, the total reservation amount will be retained to cover late cancellation costs.
