Apartment in Kaštel Štafilić - BILE, (***) size 77 m2, is located in an excellent location: approx. 3 km from the airport, 10 km from the center of Trogir, 16-20 km to the center of Solin and Split. Nearby are several beautiful pebbly and clean beaches, with the closest being approx. 7 minutes' walk away. The apartment has its own parking for guests, and several supermarkets are also nearby. The apartment is air-conditioned and consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room and veranda, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hallway. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome, nor are noisy celebrations. We have been operating for 3 years and have excellent ratings on Airbnb. It is particularly suitable for families with children due to the spacious living room, which serves as a play area. The apartment has a fiber-optic, high-speed internet connection, as well as a smart TV receiver with many TV channels and options. Kaštela are a string of 7 coastal towns, each attractive to guests with its own history and attractions. Along them stretches a beautiful seaside promenade, which abounds in dining options.

Payment and notes
The price is the same regardless of the number of guests, and the maximum number of guests is four (4), which is also the number of registered beds. An additional 5 guest may be only a baby sleeping with the parents or in an auxiliary baby cot, upon request. Payment model: 35% advance deposit to the host's transaction account, as per the offer, at the time of booking the accommodation, with the remaining balance due immediately upon arrival, when collecting the apartment keys, in cash or also to the transaction account. Check-in to the apartment is scheduled from 15.00h to 22.00h, with mandatory prior notification and confirmation of at least an approximate arrival time. Regular check-out from the apartment is scheduled no later than 10:00h. Other arrival or departure times must be agreed upon in advance, and if possible, we will certainly try to accommodate the guest. Discounts are approved for stays of 7 days or more. The percentage depends on the type and period of the reservation. All prices and amenities will be specified in detail in the offer after receiving the guest's inquiry.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the reservation must be formal and sent in writing to the host. FULL REFUND OF DEPOSIT: For cancellation of the reservation 30 or more days before the start of the booked stay, the guest is entitled to a full refund of the paid deposit. REFUND OF 50% OF THE DEPOSIT: For cancellation of the reservation between 30. and 15. days before the start of the booked stay, the guest is entitled to a refund of 50% of the paid deposit. NO REFUND: If the guest wishes to cancel the reservation within 14 days of the start of the stay, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the paid deposit. IF THE GUEST MUST STILL CANCEL and is no longer entitled to a full or partial refund of the deposit, they may find a replacement guest (an acquaintance or friend) and receive the paid deposit amount from them, while the new guest, under the same conditions, pays the remaining balance at the apartment, all in agreement with the host. For all other cancellation options, it is mandatory to contact the host and arrange for any other possible benefits. We are open to negotiation in accordance with possibilities and the situation.
