About this stay
We welcome all future guests and wish them a pleasant stay in our accommodation. Besi Apartment is located near the center of Mali Lošinj, with a view of the sea and the harbor. The apartment is 36m2 in size, located on the first floor, with one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small terrace. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay and holiday (wi-fi, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, bedding, towels, washing machine...). It is air-conditioned and includes a guaranteed parking space located 200m from the apartment. The location is excellent because it is close to the center, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies. The nearest beaches, Kadin and Zagazinjine, are only 10 minutes walking distance away.

Payment and notes
The apartment is registered for 3 persons (2+1). Upon booking, a deposit of 100 euros is paid to the landlord's account. In case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining amount for the booked accommodation is paid to the landlord's account or in cash on the day of arrival, depending on the guests' preferences. In case of early departure from the reservation, the full amount of the reserved period is charged. Final cleaning is a one-time fee of 30 euros. Arrival from 14:00, departure until 10:00. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the accommodation. The tourist tax is included in the price.
