The apartment is located in a quiet part of Mali Iž at the very top of a hill, so it has a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding islands. It has a lovely large terrace with seating and sun loungers. The terrace is covered by a pergola. It has its own free parking space. The sea and sandy beach are a 10 minute walk away, as is the grocery store. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom. In the living room, there is a corner sofa that can be converted into two beds. It has air conditioning, a TV, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and complete utensils. There are two cafe bars, two pizzerias, and several restaurants in the town. There is a grocery store. The beaches are stone, pebble, concrete, and sandy. There is plenty of pine forest, various greenery, and walking paths. On the island, there is another settlement, Veli Iz, with two stores, several restaurants, and cafe bars.

A reservation deposit of 20 percent is to be paid immediately upon booking, with the remainder before arrival. Cleaning services are 20 euros. Ideal check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out is by 10.00 am. To Iž, you can travel by catamaran twice a day or by ferry if arriving by car.
