About this stay
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building, making it easily accessible. The interior is modernly equipped for stays at any time of the year: the space is air-conditioned with two AC units, and underfloor heating is available for colder days. For your added comfort and privacy, all windows have shutters and mosquito nets. The location is excellent for walking enthusiasts: it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the beach, and 15 minutes to the city center. All essential amenities, such as shops, public transport, pharmacies, a hospital, a shopping center, cafes, etc., are located nearby. The building has its own free parking area reserved for residents and guests. Parking cannot be booked in advance, but since it belongs to the building, it makes finding a spot easier.

Cancellation policy
Booking and cancellation terms: To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid. Full refund of the deposit: possible if the reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before arrival. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, or if you fail to arrive, the deposit will be retained. The remaining balance is due upon arrival (or as agreed).
