About this stay
The apartment is located in the very center of Omiš, just a stone's throw from the sea and a large sandy beach. The city center is only a few meters away, as are restaurants, markets, pharmacies, and all other amenities. It is also close to the Cetina River, giving you access to a variety of activities (rafting, kayaking, zip line, quad tours, boat rides...). Parking is available nearby on public land and costs 20€/week. The apartment is spacious and features 3 bedrooms, a large living area with a big sofa bed, 1.5 bathrooms, and a terrace. It can accommodate 7 people.

Payment and notes
If a guest arranges a reservation with us, they pay 30% of the agreed price to the account as a deposit. After paying the deposit, the guest receives a voucher for the paid deposit and a reservation confirmation. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival in Omiš (in cash) at the DELFIN agency at Punta 2, where our staff will welcome you. CHECKOUT: by 10:00h CHECKIN: from 15:00h The price includes electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, air conditioning, and weekly changes of bed linen and towels. If the guest arrives earlier and the apartment is ready, they may enter the apartment earlier.
Cancellation policy
Guests can cancel free of charge 14 days prior to arrival. The reservation deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled arrival.
