Mali Rat is only 7 km away from the picturesque town of Omiš and 20 km from Split. The apartment house is located in a quiet area just 150 meters from the sea, 800 meters from the center (Dugi Rat) and only 500 m from the nearest restaurant. The nearest shop is 50 m from the house. The advantage of this area has always been the clean sea and numerous pebble and sandy beaches, as well as many opportunities for an active holiday (water polo, diving, surfing, sailing, water skiing, rafting on the Cetina river, kayaking, canyoning...
