Welcome to our new, luxurious, south-facing, sunlit one-bedroom apartment with a large terrace, fully equipped, just 10-15 minutes’ walk from the Old Town! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, even for a longer period (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, large refrigerator, freezer, cooking hob, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning…). Guests have a separate entrance and enjoy peace and quiet. It is ideal for two people, as it has one bedroom with a king-size bed featuring a high anatomical mattress, but it can also accommodate two additional guests, as the living room has a sofa that extends into a comfortable 160x200 cm bed. The location is excellent, quiet, and safe, and it is 10-ak minutes from the city center. A car is not necessary to reach the Old Town, but for those who don’t like walking, there is a bus stop about 100 meters from the apartment, with buses 3 and 3a running directly to Pile, the bus station, and the main port pier (for excursions to the islands).

Payment and notes
To confirm your reservation for the agreed dates, you need to pay a deposit of 50% to the account. For stays longer than 7 days, we offer a 10% discount. Check-in is from 14:00 hours, and check-out is until 10:00 hours. We respect every guest and aim to provide comfort, safety, and cleanliness to all our guests; therefore, smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and bringing pets or having other people stay without prior agreement with the apartment owner is also prohibited.
Cancellation policy
Full refund in case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the reservation. If the reservation was made less than 30 days before the start of the reservation, a refund will be issued if the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of confirmation and at least 14 days before the start of the reservation.
