The apartment is located in a quieter part of the city (Veruda), in immediate proximity to the sea and the most beautiful Pula beaches (5 minutes' walk), yet close enough to the city and all major attractions. All essential amenities are near the apartment: a large shopping center, smaller shops, a market, a post office, a sports center with a gym, sauna, and swimming pool, and tennis courts. The sea and beach can be reached via a shortcut on foot in 5 minutes, and if you wish, you can take a drive to Verudela or Stoa, which boast stunning beaches (all of these can also be explored on foot, as the location is surrounded by beaches and coastline). The apartment is located on the 4. floor of a high-rise building (with an elevator) and offers a magnificent sea view. There is a public parking lot next to the building where vehicles can be parked free of charge. The apartment is fully equipped and there are no additional fees.
