Payment and notes
Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays. The deposit is 20 % of the accommodation price, and the reservation is confirmed upon visible payment of the deposit. Payment is made in cash to the owner on the first day of arrival. A security deposit upon arrival is 120 euros in case of damage, which is returned to the guest upon departure. Weekly laundry (bed linen and towels) is included in the price. Washing machine: 3 euros per wash. Final cleaning is included in the price (please keep the apartment tidy during your stay). Small crib available upon request. Pets are not allowed. Check-in: from 14.00 h. Check-out: until 10.00 h. For the 2026 season, we are open from 13.06. to 26.09. of the stated year. The owner can be found on the ground floor for all information.
