Accommodation is available from 14. 00 hours on the day of arrival, and until 10. 00 hours on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the host or indicated in the apartment presentation. Additional chargeable services: an air conditioner with a built-in Time reader, which uses a programmed card to control your electricity consumption (1 eur/hour). Payment is made on the last day of your stay based on actual consumption. For stays shorter than 4 nights, the price is increased by 30%. The apartment reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit of 100 euros; the remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the property, after check-in and receipt of the invoice.
Cancellation policy
Dear guests, The safety of our guests has always been our top priority, and we kindly ask that you also travel responsibly to our accommodation. Cancellation before the reserved date allows you to receive a refund of the deposit via 100%. If you cancel your arrival within 7 days, we will retain the full deposit.
