The apartment occupies the first floor of a house located on a quiet street, offering peace and privacy for a pleasant stay. It consists of a kitchen/dining area/living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony with sea views. The bedroom features a double bed (dimensions 160x200cm), while the living room has a comfortable extendable three-seater sofa. The apartment is equipped with all household appliances, 4K Android and satellite TV, internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, and a parking space under video surveillance. A washing machine is available to keep your laundry clean during your stay in our apartment. The property is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the balcony. We pay great attention to maintaining the apartment.

Payment and notes
The tourist tax is included in the accommodation price! To secure your reservation, you must pay 20 % of the total price in advance as a deposit directly to the accommodation owner, and the remaining 80 % upon arrival at the accommodation unit. On the last day of your stay, guests are required to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 hours, so that the next guest can be accommodated from 15:00 hours. Upon arrival, guests are required to deposit an amount of 100 euros in case of damage; if no damage occurs, this amount will be returned to the guest.
