Apartment ALEN (40 m2) is located on the ground floor of a private, freestanding house surrounded by a garden. It consists of 1 large bedroom (20m2) with a double bed, an auxiliary bed, and a baby cot; a kitchen combined with a living room featuring a pull-out sofa 135 x 190 cm; a bathroom with a toilet; and a beautiful covered terrace 12 m2 in front of the apartment. It is completely new and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant summer vacation: air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, SAT-TV, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, and a grill. The price includes: bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and cleaning cloths (changed every 7 days), electricity, water, WiFi Internet, and the tourist tax. The apartment is 300 m away from the beautiful sandy beach and 100 m from a supermarket.

Payment and notes
The reservation is confirmed by email and an advance payment of 100 € (equivalent in kuna) to the owner's giro account. After paying the deposit, the guest will receive the property rental agreement for the specified period, along with all details from the offer, via email. The remaining rental amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival when collecting the apartment keys. Check-in and check-out during the high season – months VII and VIII – are on Saturdays or Sundays. Check-in: after 14 o’clock. Check-out: by 10 o’clock.
Cancellation policy
* Cancellation 90+ days before arrival – the deposit is fully refundable (reduced by bank fees) * Cancellation 60+ days before arrival – the deposit is refundable, reduced by 50% and bank fees * Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival – the deposit is non-refundable, but may be retained as a deposit for the following year.
