A modern, fully renovated two-room apartment is located just 15 minutes' walk from the city center, tourist attractions, the stadium, and Maksimir Park. It is situated on the ground floor of a building from the early 20th century. It consists of two bedrooms (one single and one double), a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. It is located on the lively, busy commercial Maksimirska Street, one of the city's main arteries, so even the view from the window offers an experience of Zagreb. The famous Kvatrić Market is also in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, and you are only a few steps away from the first café or shop. It is particularly suitable for people with reduced mobility, as well as for families with small children – it is separated from the street by only two steps. The bedrooms are located on the courtyard side of the building, so despite the city's hustle and bustle, guests can expect a peaceful sleep. We also look forward to our guests who come to Zagreb for health reasons – the apartment is close to many hospitals and clinics.
