The house consists of an apartment with an area of 30 m2 and a courtyard with an area of 20 m2. The apartment consists of a room, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and a small pantry. The room has a beautiful view and contains a double bed with a storage box underneath for luggage measuring 160x200 cm. There is also a large wardrobe with sliding doors, two bedside tables with lamps and air conditioning. The bathroom features a shower, radiator, fan, washbasin and toilet. The living room with a window and the kitchen are connected. The living room includes air conditioning, a sofa, TV, and a kitchen table with chairs. The kitchen consists of an oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, water heater and toaster. The small pantry contains a washing machine, boiler and a shoe rack. The courtyard is intended for socializing and relaxation and features a sun lounger, parasol, chairs and a patio set. This apartment is located on the floor of a family house and has a large courtyard in front of it.

I am Nenad Fistonić Fista and I will be your host. I have been involved in tourism for many years, both as a host for apartments and houses of my friends and acquaintances, where I have gained great experience. I am offering you my family house built in 1936, and this is my first time hosting with my own property. It was renovated last year and is modernly equipped. With a great sense of privacy and peace, it can be a good base for exploring the beautiful island such as Hvar. The nearest beach is 3 kilometers away.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is refunded in case of cancellation two weeks or more before the arrival date.
