Apartment-40 is located a 15-minute walk from Maksimir Park, which features numerous walking paths, cycling trails, pedestrian paths, and running tracks. The nearest tram stop is a 10-minute walk away, leading to Maksimirska Street or the Borongaj terminus. From there, it takes 15 minutes by tram to reach the main square and the city center. The Main Railway Station can be reached in a few minutes by a fast, light train, and the station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. A40 includes the following rooms: a hallway, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom, and a multifunctional terrace divided into an indoor and outdoor section. The total net area of the apartment is 87m2. Guests have full autonomy over the central gas heating system. The bathroom includes a washing machine and a hydromassage bathtub, while the kitchen has a dishwasher. Children are welcome, and we have additional equipment available for their entertainment. We have ensured high standards of care and waste recycling for our guests.

Payment and notes
Check-in from 16.00 hours Check-out until 11.00 hours Payment for the service can be made in cash, with debit cards directly to the account, via your PayPal account if you have one, and with debit and credit cards on the SaltPay portal. Invoices are due and payable within the period specified on your invoice, calculated from the invoice date. Apartment-40 is not responsible for typographical or other errors you enter into the system. The invoice must be paid at least 3 days (72 hours) before arrival, or within 72 hours of the defined check-in date at 16 hours. If you book accommodation such that check-in is possible in less than 72 hours, proceed with the payment process immediately upon receiving the booking confirmation. In that case, the paid amount cannot be refunded. All of the above applies to advance payment by credit or debit card. Please note that payment cannot be made by debit or credit card on-site when you arrive at the apartment. In that case, the only payment method is cash.
Cancellation policy
If you have paid the total reservation amount using any of the methods listed above, except cash, and you cancel your accommodation 24 hours before the check-in time (16.00 hours), we will refund the full amount paid within 5 business days. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in time, no refund of the paid amount will be issued. To cancel, you must send an SMS or email stating the first and last name of the person making the cancellation, as well as the arrival and departure dates specified for the reservation, or the duration of your stay.
