The property includes private parking for up to 4 cars, a terrace with a barbecue area, a rooftop terrace with a stunning 360° view, and a small, well-maintained garden. Enjoy the beautiful sea view from every floor and reach the famous Jaz beach in just 3 minutes’ walk. Jaz Beach is the largest sandy beach in Preko and proudly holds the Blue Flag eco-certification for clean and safe swimming. Across the street is the largest supermarket on the island, which includes a café, butcher shop, and bakery.

Payment and notes
The reservation fee is 15% and must be paid on the day of booking, with the remaining amount due no later than the day of arrival. During the winter season, the pool is not operational (approximately from 01.10. to 31.04.). For rentals longer than 28 days, please contact us for a discounted rate.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
