Villa Zelda is a newly built holiday home that uses stone as its fundamental building material, characteristic of Istrian architecture. The house is detached, enclosed by walls, and features a sunny courtyard with an illuminated pool. It is located in Ližnjan, a small seaside town in southeastern Istria, and is close to the local beach. Your terrace will be a place where you can freely unwind and relax, organize a barbecue using the outdoor fireplace, enjoy yourself by the pool, or cool off in it on a warm summer day. The ground floor features an open-concept design with a kitchen and dining area on the raised part, and a living room with a beautiful fireplace on the lower level. 3 bedrooms on the upper floor can accommodate up, to 8 people. Each floor has one bathroom. This property would best suit guests who do not wish to be isolated but are looking for a peaceful holiday.

Note: all prices are in euros for the entire villa based on booking any day of the week, minimum stay is five - seven days, pets are allowed with an additional charge of 8 euros per day, Payment: 30 percent of the amount in advance for booking, the remaining 70 % upon arrival to the villa account or in cash upon arrival.
