A complete and modernly equipped mobile home in an excellent location within a well-known and well-equipped camp that offers plenty of amenities, especially for families with children. The home has 32 m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and a water boiler. There are also two toilets with shower cabins. One room has a double bed 160 × 200 cm and its own bathroom. The other room has 2 separate beds 80 × 200 cm. The living room features a three-seater sofa that can be extended for two people. The terrace has 29m2 and includes a heated massage jacuzzi and seating sets. The property is fully equipped with everything you need (bed linen, towels, toiletries, etc.). An outdoor gas grill is available. Just 100 m away is the pool complex, as well as a beach approximately 250 m away. The center of Selce is only a 13-minute walk away. Free private parking and internet with a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.).

Payment and notes
Payment via bank transfer. When booking accommodation 30 %, a deposit is required, which will be refunded if the guest cancels 7 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance of the total accommodation price must be paid no later than 2 days before arrival. Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00. Check-out from 06:00 to 10:00. Final cleaning is charged at 100€. For pets up to 10 kg, a fee of 20 € per day applies. The tourist tax is paid at the camp reception and amounts to 1,99 € per person per day.

Deposit refund if the guest cancels 7 days before arrival.
