Discover an untouched piece of nature, right next to Zadar!!! First row to the sea, a weekend house in Kosirača bay on the island of IST, part of the Zadar archipelago. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, each with two beds, a bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a large terrace on the same floor that is in the shade for almost the entire day. In front of the house is a sunbathing terrace. The yard is decorated with Mediterranean plants that evoke the beautiful scents of the Mediterranean. Swimming right below the house on your own beach - a pontoon in crystal blue water. There is also a sandy beach and a pebble beach located a 10-minute walk away on the island. The island is recognized as a nautical paradise; if you arrive with your own boat, it is possible to moor at buoys in front of the house (in the summer season according to the local concessionaire's price list) or in a small island marina in the neighboring bay. There are 4 restaurants, 2 shops, a post office, and a doctor on the island. Connection with the mainland: fast ferry line daily from Zadar, ferry 4x weekly from Zadar or Lošinj.

Payment and notes
Payment method: 50% deposit upon booking, the remaining 50% to the host's account no later than 2 weeks before arrival. The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to 7hrk/person/day. Children from 12-18 years pay 50% of the tourist tax, and children up to 12 years are free. If you arrive via local boat lines, the time of arrival and departure is tied to the Jadrolinija schedule. If you arrive with your own boat, entry to the holiday home is by arrangement. If you wish for the host's presence during your stay and organization of excursions, etc. - this can be arranged. There is no municipal water supply system on the island, so water for drinking, cooking, and everything else is used from local cisterns. We recommend guests use bottled water for drinking.
