We are located in Sveti Ivan, a peaceful seaside place about 3 kilometers from Umag. As part of a family house, we offer 4 fully and modernly equipped apartments. The distance from the property to the sea is about 70 meters. The beach near the apartments is rocky. The distance from the center of Umag is about 4 kilometers or a 5-minute drive. Apartments for 2 people (about 40 m2) have a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, tableware) with a living room, bathroom with shower, bedroom with a double bed, and a terrace with balcony furniture, satellite TV, air conditioning, and wireless internet. The apartment for 4 people (90m2) has two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen (combined gas/electric stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, tableware), bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with satellite TV, and a large terrace with a sea view and balcony furniture, wireless internet.
