A newer large three-story house in Podstrana (Strožanac), located near the sea and Le Meridien hotel. It is only a 15-minute drive from Split. The house consists of 3 apartments for 3 or 4 people (each having 40 square meters), a large four-bedroom apartment of 120 square meters for 7 to 8 people, and a large three-bedroom apartment on the ground floor that can accommodate 6 to 7 people. The apartments have terraces and are fully equipped, air-conditioned, and have Wi-Fi internet. Check other information via email. Nearby are beaches, as well as numerous other facilities, cafes, restaurants, shops, pizzerias. There is a parking lot in the courtyard. The apartments are located in a quiet area, and the hosts are at your service for all necessary information. The house has two garages with a total of 3 parking spaces, and free street parking is also available nearby. The Split-Omiš bus line (number 60) runs every 20 minutes, and the bus station is located 5 minutes walking distance from the apartments.

Payment and notes
Check-in to the apartment is after 15:00, and check-out is on the day of departure by 10:00 AM. Late check-out or early check-in is possible upon agreement. The deposit is 20 percent, and the remaining payment is made upon arrival. There are no additional costs. Everything is included in the price. We offer a discount for longer stays.
