The balconies have a large terrace with a view of the harbor. The property is located less than 5 minutes from the beach, health clinic, post office, shop, and restaurants. Behind the house, there is an outdoor shower and a grill with wood available to guests. Payment and notes
To confirm the reservation, a 20% deposit of the total amount is required (for shorter reservations, the minimum deposit amount is 100€). The remaining amount is paid in cash within one to two days of arrival or before arrival via bank transfer. Check in is possible throughout the day after 14 h (2 pm), but of course it can also be earlier if the apartments are ready. Check out is by 10 h (10 am); if no one is arriving that day, it can be later by agreement with the hosts.
Cancellation policy
In the event of the death of an immediate family member or some illness, we refund the deposit, provided there is proof. Regarding natural disasters, we are willing to be accommodating and meet you halfway;)
