About this stay
Kuća Kastelani was built back in 1939, renovated multiple times, and in 2016 it also received a thermal facade, making it pleasant to stay in during the hot summer months. We offer 3 apartments and 1 studio apartments, which have been named after our grandchildren: Alen, Izabela, Roko, and Sofia. The Sofia studio apartment and the Alen apartment are located on the ground floor of the house and are designed for stays of 2 people; the Izabela apartment is on the 1 floor (2+1), and the Roko apartment is on the 2 floor (2+1). All units are air-conditioned, offer wireless internet, and there is public parking 100m from the property, as well as private parking (reservation + fee). The sunbathing and relaxation terrace is located at the level of the 1 floor of our property and is available to guests on the 1 and 2 floors. The Kastelani apartments are situated in a quiet location, 300m away from the center, the beautiful "Kamenice" beach, the city's "Lučica" beach, and the B-24 diving center.

Payment and notes
To confirm your reservation, please pay 30% for the total amount. Once you have made the payment, contact us by phone or email. Your reservation will become valid as soon as we receive the deposit. The tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
Cancellation policy
In the event of an early departure without a valid reason, we reserve the right to refuse a refund of the paid amount. Prices are charged per apartment per day.
