Modern, fully furnished apartments in a family house in a quiet part of Malinska. The house is just 5 minutes from the town market and center. Along the coast, there are arranged bathing areas, pebble, sandy, and concrete beaches, suitable for children and adults. Also, coves for relaxation along the Paradise Path provide a special sense of connection between the forested coast and the clean sea. Each apartment has bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with WC, a terrace - loggia, a fenced parking space, and a bicycle garage. All windows have mosquito nets. In the garden of the apartments, there are two grills and a gazebo. All apartments have all necessary equipment for cooking, washing dishes and laundry, bedding, awnings, air conditioning, and heating. All apartments have LED TVs with connection to A1 TV and Netflix. All apartments have internet access.

Payment and notes
To confirm the reservation, a deposit in the amount of 20% of the total must be paid. The remainder, up to the full amount, is paid on the day of arrival. On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for rent after 14 hours, and upon departure, they must be vacated by 10 o'clock. The apartments are used in accordance with the House Rules. Payment of the reservation is made via bank transfer after confirmation of availability. For stays up to three nights, the price increases by 30%.
Cancellation policy
Upon payment of the reservation, you will receive a voucher. However, in case of unexpected inability to arrive, the reservation is refunded within 7 days.
