Newly built and modernly furnished apartments are located in Mandre, two rows from the sea. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and LCD LED TVs with terrestrial and satellite reception. The kitchens feature an oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob with a hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer. All apartments have large terraces with sea views, which are visually separated from the terraces of other apartments, ensuring maximum comfort. Each floor has one 2+2 apartment and one 4+1 apartment. The 2+2 apartments are stacked one above the other and have identical floor plans, and the same applies to the 4+1 apartments. The parking area and building entrance are located at the rear of the house.
