About this stay
Villa Futura apartment house is located a few minutes' walk from the pebbled Rova beach, in a quiet location on a dead-end street. The apartment is 100 m2 in size and features three bedrooms (double), two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub). The kitchen is connected to the dining area, living room, and balcony or terrace. Next to the house there is a large covered parking area and a smaller pool with sun loungers. Beside the pool is an outdoor charcoal grill. There is a children's playground in the garden. We offer accommodation and transportation for hikers on the Camino KRK.

Payment and notes
The price includes the use of air conditioning (available in all rooms and individually adjustable), an electric Weber grill, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, parking (1), and final cleaning. On the last day of your stay, guests are kindly requested to vacate the apartment by 10 hours, while new guests may arrive from 15 hours onwards. Alternative arrangements are possible if feasible and upon prior agreement.
Cancellation policy
Three weeks before the start of your vacation, you will receive an email with payment details for 30 %, the value of the reservation, to the company's account. If you make the payment within 3 business days, the reservation is confirmed. Pay the remaining balance to the company's account before your arrival. If you wish to cancel the reservation after making the payment, the paid deposit in the amount of 30 % will not be refunded.
