About this stay
Our apartment is located in a ground-floor house in Sveti Filip i Jakov, ideal for a family holiday. It consists of two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and a terrace and garden. The house is in a practical location, right at the entrance to the town from the lower side of the main road, making arrival easy and fast. The town center can be reached with a light walk in a few minutes, while the sea and organized beaches are very close. Guests are provided with private parking which is included in the price of the stay. The proximity to the sea, beautiful beaches, and relaxed Dalmatian atmosphere make this apartment an excellent choice for a summer holiday.

Payment and notes
Tourist tax, bed linen, towels, water, electricity, and final cleaning are included in the price of the stay. Guest arrival is possible from 14:00, and departure is until 10:00. To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit must be paid to the bank account, while the remainder is paid upon arrival. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
