The property is situated 70 m a straight line from the sea and offers a perfect vacation for 8 people, who can stay in 3 bedrooms equipped with spring box beds and one additional extendable sofa for two people. All rooms and spaces in the house are air-conditioned with separate AC units. The house provides comfortable accommodation in a large living room, which is connected to the kitchen via a spacious outdoor terrace with sea views. A sea view is also available from the superior room with a balcony. The remaining two rooms offer an intimate view of the outdoor garden on the north side of the property. On the back part of the terrace there is an outdoor barbecue. Free parking for 4 cars is located in front of the house and provides convenient access for guests with luggage. The house is a few minutes' walk from two beautiful natural pebble beaches. The distance from the town center and the local shop is about 10 minutes' walk.
