A beautifully newly built holiday home with a large garden of 1300 m2. 2 outdoor terraces for sunbathing, a shaded pergola for relaxation, a jacuzzi, badminton equipment, and private free shaded parking. The house consists of 3 bedrooms (each room air-conditioned), 2 bathrooms and a washing machine, a large air-conditioned living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. You are 20 minutes from Pula Airport and 25 minutes from the Roman amphitheater Arena in the center of Pula. Brijuni National Park and the town of Rovinj are about 30 minutes away.

Paiement et remarques

De 45 à 30 jours avant l’arrivée, il est possible de transférer la réservation à l’une des dates libres suivantes ; la réservation n’est pas remboursable. À partir de 30 jours ou moins, aucune restitution de la réservation n’est possible.
