But the most precious feature is the private balconies – perfect spots for your first morning coffee in silence, as the island slowly awakens. The heart of our house is an open-plan living area bathed in natural light. This is where the aroma of home-cooked meals wafts from the modern, fully equipped cooking area, while you relax on the sofa with your favorite movie or enjoy fast, free optical internet. Outside, a heated pool awaits you, ready for your first spring dips as early as April and for warm baths until the end of October. While your car charges at the private e-charging station in the courtyard, you can prepare dinner on the outdoor grill with a glass of exceptional local wine.
