Do I pay commission on inquiries or bookings?

We do not charge commission per inquiry or booking. The plan is an annual subscription and you agree details directly with the guest.

How many units can I publish?

Property and unit quotas are shown on each current plan card.

Can I change prices and availability myself?

Yes. Your owner account lets you edit prices, seasonal periods, special dates and the calendar.

Can I connect a calendar with iCal?

iCal is available where enabled in the owner account; manual date blocking remains available.

How does a guest contact the owner?

The guest uses the inquiry form on the public listing and the message reaches your owner account and configured contact.

Can you help prepare my listing?

Yes. We can prepare property data, photos, units, descriptions, prices and location from available materials.

How many properties can I publish?

The number of properties depends on the selected plan. Each current plan card shows the exact property quota before you start checkout.

How long does a plan last?

The duration is shown on each plan card and comes from the live package configuration. Current annual plans are displayed in days, typically 365 days.

Which markets show my accommodation?

The public site is localized for supported languages, and partner portals help present Croatian accommodation across European and English-speaking markets.

What happens after payment?

You complete secure checkout first. After the payment webhook confirms it, your account and subscription are activated and you receive a password-setup link by email.
