The house consists of only 2 apartments, has private parking and is 200 meters from the sea. The house features a large garden with several terraces and a barbecue area, and is isolated from crowds and noise. We are a pet-friendly property. Near the house there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The town of Crikvenica is only 2,5 km from the house, easily accessible by car or on foot along the sea. You can enjoy various sports activities, such as boat rental, water sports, tennis or mini golf. The location of the house is ideal for day trips to national parks (Plitvice Lakes, Risnjak Park...) and beautiful cities (Rovinj, Opatija, Zagreb...).
