Villa Klara is a standalone property that accommodates a maximum of 9 guests. It is located 50 meters from the beach, in the beautiful Osibova Bay, which offers crystal-clear sea water. It is an ideal destination for swimming and diving enthusiasts, as well as those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city to enjoy their annual vacation. The nearest grocery stores are located in Milna, two km away. The villa features three one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a separate entrance, a living room with an auxiliary folding bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a mini-kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. The apartments are equipped with SAT TV, WI-FI internet, and air conditioning. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a shared kitchen and a terrace of 20 m2 for socializing. Within the villa, guests can also relax in the beautifully landscaped garden, which includes a heated hydromassage pool – a jacuzzi for six people, a grill. The children's and non-swimmers' beach is approximately 50 meters away, while the swimmers' beach is a few meters further. The host will gladly provide a boat mooring located one hundred meters from the villa and offer information about the attractions of Brač Island. A pleasant stay on Brač, thanks to its mild climate, numerous sunny days, and warm sea, is possible from the beginning of May to the end of October. There is parking space for three vehicles in front of the villa. Check-in and check-out: check-in from 16:00, check-out no later than 10:00. Deposit: 30% via bank transfer, and the remaining 70% by payment before arrival or upon key collection. Cancellation fee: 0 - 60 days before the arrival date, no refund; 61 or more days before arrival, a refund of 90%. Pets are not allowed. Parties/events are not allowed.
